Travel fee may apply. No unuathorised additions are to be attached or placed on or in the stand, booth, pod or phone. Repair/replacement costs of any damages caused by the client or their guests are the responsibility of the client.
What We Need:

Cubic space of 1.5M (L) x 1.5M(W) x 1.5M (H) if booked without a backdrop

240V mains socket within 3 meters of the Photo Pod location

Access to your venue 60 - 90 minutes prior to start time for set up

30 minutes to pack down at the end of your event

50% non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the event will incur a full charge.
